Paypal Policy,

I only accept paypal for ebay auctions. You must purchase through ebay and then pay with paypal. This way there is both buyer and seller protection. NO PAYPAL unless you meet all my requirements and the item is purchased through ebay. I have contacted Paypal on numerous occasions to define their policies. If I do not adhere to their policies I can be backcharged months after I have shipped the item. Since it costs money to sell on ebay and be paid through paypal the cost of any item on ebay will cost you more if you insist on paypal. This cost could amount to nearly 10% additional.

Below are some of the other circumstances I do not take paypal.

1.) No paypal for custom work. The main reason is that you have to ship out within 7 days of payment and there is no way I can have this project done in that period of time. Paypal policy.

2.) No paypal to customers who want their item shipped to their "un-confirmed" address.

3.) In the event that a party wants to make 2 or more payments on a particular item, only one of those payments will be protected if the item is shipped within 7 days. I could be backcharged for the other payment.
