I actually have sold to some very nice people outside the USA that were Polite and Respected the terms of my auction. International sales are more difficult and complicated and I welcome those who do not try to make my life difficult while we try to get through this.
The following rules and policies I have had to impose as a result of my experience with international bidders.
Unfortunately there are alot of international bidders that seem nice when they first contact me and soon turn into jerks who could care less about me, waste my time and disregard all my rules and policies. These jerks want to do things their way and are the biggest waste of my time and want to argue about my policies. If you are one of them, please GET LOST.
Effective 11-30-04 Due to the fact people don't take me seriously when I send them to this page and still insist on trying to wiggle and worm their way into doing things their way and thus wasting more of my time repeating over and over conditions I have set forth on this page, I am imposing a $20.00 USD consultation charge. For this you get 1 hour of my time to ask questions. I will keep track of my time while I read and respond to your emails. In my email I will inform you of how much time you have used. This amount is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is NON-TRANSFERABLE. It WILL-NOT BE APPLIED TO THE PRICE OF THE ITEM OR SERVICES YOU WISH TO PURCHASE. This 1 hour must be used within 72 hours or any unused time will be FORFEIT. An international sale always takes more time anyway so now I will be compensated for my time.
Change of policy: For convenience I will accept a ONE TIME Paypal payment of $20.00 usd. Send me your paypal ID and I will send a "request for payment". ===> This does not mean I will accept the $400.00 to $600.00 for purchasing an item from me. The Western Union Money Wire Transfer still applies to all sales over $20.00. Once again I will state it for all international buyers who don't get it. NO PAYPAL FOR MORE THAN $20.00 USD. NO EXCEPTIONS !!!
This $20.00 must be received ("completed" paypal transaction) before I answer your questions. I will allow a couple questions beforehand that I can answer with a "yes" or "no" answer.
This charge does not apply to past customers who wish to purchase another item from me.
I believe "A DEAL IS A DEAL". Many interntional bidders don't subscribe to this. Once we have come to an agreement on price they come back later and want a better price or more work done for the same price. If you are one of those please get lost.
1.)Biggest rule: Don't waste my time ! I get idiots who I email several times about a product and then they change to a different body (usually more expensive) and want it for the same price. (or add in extras for free). I don't know what it is about most foreign bidders but they think if they can play games and wear you down they will get a better price. The worst ones are the ones who email me several times trying different ways to save 10 or 15 bucks. It costs me 10 or 15 Dollars in lost time just responding to their idiotic emails ! Don't try it. It pisses me off and I will ignore you !!!
2.) Know exactly what you want before you email me. From my experience 95% of the people that start changing their minds DON'T BUY ANYWAY!!! So it doesn't bother me to ignore you if you start "switching around".
3.) NO PAYPAL to NON-US bidders and residents. There is no seller protection. I even called Paypal and talked with a representative. They said there are alot of problem charge-backs with international sales using paypal. If you say "But I have bought other international products using paypal", I am not interested. This is my auction and I MAKE THE RULES. Don't argue with me, I won't answer your emails.
If you insist on Paypal and have a USA contact, paypal the money to your US contact and have them mail me a USPS Postal Money Order. Simple, but effective.
4.) Payment by
"Western Union money wire
transfer" ONLY.
I "DO NOT" take credit
cards either.
A bank money wire costs me $10.00 USD so I will accept that if you pay the addional $10 to me.
....I have on occasion accepted International Money Orders paid in US funds issued from a bank that has a "corresponding USA Bank". I wait 15 days for these to clear before I ship. Make sure your bank has a corresponding US bank. If it does not the money order may have to be "Sent for Collection". There is another $25.00 USD charge for this that YOU will be responsible for so GET IT RIGHT !!! It may also take 30 days to clear before I ship. It will depend on your country as to whether I accept it or not.
All Payment are to be sent within 3 days.
5.) Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes. You'd be amazed how many people I have spent time answering their questions, that once they find out they will have to pay these fees, I NEVER HEAR FROM AGAIN ! Another big wast of time !!!! Do not ask me to lie about the value on the customs forms. It seems pretty stupid to say the value is $25 and at the same time put the insurance amount at $400.00 !!! If the package gets lost the insurance would only pay the declared value. Here again the arrogant international buyer is just thinking about himself and could care less if I get screwed.
6.) I generally ship internationally using United States
Postal Service "Global
Express Mail EMS 3 to 5 day", with insurance. As long
as everything else is agreed to I will email you with the cost.
I also ship FEDEX when requested, but it is alot more expensive
that way.
7.) If you are in Germany, your country has blocked me from seeing some ebayers feedback. I sometimes get "Privacy laws in some European countries do not allow us to pass on information involving bidders from those countries. If you want to find all auctions this user has bid on, please contact the user directly by email." This is pretty useless because if I contact you, you are not going to tell me of any BAD deals you did. This may apply to other countries as well.

8.) If you make things difficult I will impose
