Here is a New custom painted "T" Style body with brilliant super sparkle silver metalflake. Buck-O himself couldn't have been more pleased ! This brilliant silver has just a trace of Holographic Flakes in the final metalflake coat to give it another visual dimension without overpowering the silver.color. It is outlined with special Faux (simulated) Black Bindings ! The top binding has that checkered white binding look that came on a few custom made Buck O guitars. These are one of a kind! The white blocks has razer sharp edges and you will not be dissapointed.

It is very time consuming to make and paint a body like this. I have easily spent more than 20 hours making the body and painting it. Once I finished making the body I apply a sealer coat which is sanded once dry. Then I start with a silver base followed with metalflake over the body silver. Several coats are applied then a thick clear coat over the top because alot will be sanded off to get it perfectly flat. After sanding the clear coat flat, the simulated black binding is masked off and then painted followed by a clear coat. Then the hard part. The blocks are added one at a time. It takes alot of time making those little blocks ! Then it is given the final Polyester clear coat. Once it has cured it is completely sanded starting with a 600 grit wet sandpaper and and then progressively sanded with finer grits until I finally reace the stage of a 2500 grit wet sanding. After this it goes through several stages of polishing until it looks a mile deep and shines like polished glass. Pictures cannot do this paint job justice. My feedback on ebay tells it all. Please excuse the light reflections in the paint, the metalflake paint is very very reflective. This body is the beginning of someones dream guitar ! I only plan on making a few of these so might as well let this one be yours !

I made this body out of Alder and patterned it from a vintage '69. The neck pocket is a standard 2-3/16" wide by 5/8" deep and has been pre-fit with a '69 tele neck, so Tele replacement type necks and standard necks that are 2-3/16"at the heel should work fine. All routes, neck, bridge and wiring holes are drilled. Buyer must drill holes for the control plate, neck pickup trim ring (and pickguard if you decide to use one). String ferrule holes are 5/16". Weight is 5 lbs. 2 oz. The Hardware in the photos are for visual purposes only and "NOT INCLUDED" in the purchase. This BODY is MADE IN THE USA by ME and painted in the USA by Me. ( Sorry I keep repeating myself but people continue to ask me where I get the bodies ... I MAKE THEM ! ).

Only top custom painters are capable of a paint job like this, so expect to pay big bucks where ever you go. A complete "Custom Shop" guitar with a finish like this can bring $3000.00 or more. You could save THOUSANDS by starting with this body and then adding your neck and hardware

USA Buyers:

Payment to be made by "USPS Postal money order" (the kind you get at the post office) and I will ship immediately. All "Other type" money orders or personal checks I will hold for 12 "working days" before shipping. No Paypal, No Paypal. (Don't even ask me to use paypal, I won't respond to your email ! )

I ship by USPS Priority Mail to all of the US. Shipping is $25.00. That includes Insurance and a signature is required upon delivery to you. If you are not home the post office will leave a note at your door and you can pick it up at the post office. They will hold it for about 14 days.

International Buyers : Pay by money wire transfer. No Paypal (Don't even ask me to use paypal, I won't respond to your email ! )

Shipping by USPS Express mail international with insurance is $75.00 USD to the UK, and $35.50 USD to Canada . Shipping to any other country the body is only insured to "customs". After that you are on your own. If you ship by FEDEX the package is covered to your door and it must be signed for. However the shipping rate will be about $120.00 usd to $150.00 usd. That is just an estimate, email me for exact charges.

Email me for all other international shipping rates. Once I receive funds I will ship anywhere in the world. There will also be an extra $20 handling fee for international shipments (the cost of the incoming wire transfer and extra paperwork for customs.
